Terms & Conditions
RadarWorks Launch Promotions – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
End Date: 31 July 2025
Promoter: RadarWorks Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
These terms apply to both of the following promotions (the "Promotions") run by RadarWorks Ltd ("RadarWorks", "we", "our", or "us").
Promotion 1: Referral Bonus – Earn up to £500
Eligibility:
- Open to individuals aged 18+ who refer a new paying client to RadarWorks.
- The referred client must not have previously engaged with RadarWorks.
How it works:
- You'll receive 5% of the total project value, capped at £500, once the referred client's project is completed and fully paid.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
- Referrals must be submitted via DM ("Launch") or through radarworks.co.uk.
Payout:
- Payment will be issued via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days of the qualifying project's final payment.
- UK residents only.
Conditions:
- If the referred project is cancelled or refunded, no referral bonus will be issued.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
Promotion 2: 3 Months Free Maintenance for New Clients
Eligibility:
- Open to new clients who sign a project agreement between 1 July and 31 July 2025.
- Applies only to website or mobile app development projects exceeding £2,000 in value.
What's included:
Up to 3 months of post-launch support and maintenance, including:
- Minor bug fixes
- Monitoring
- Security updates
- Technical assistance (within reason)
Exclusions:
- Major new features, redesigns, or scope changes are not included.
- Support hours capped at a reasonable threshold (e.g. up to 4 hours per month).
- Maintenance begins after project delivery and approval.
General Terms (Apply to Both Promotions)
- Promotions run from 1 July to 31 July 2025 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- RadarWorks reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse benefits in cases of abuse or bad faith.
- These Promotions have no cash alternative unless expressly stated.
